Re: Motoring lawyer Edinburgh

I did a quick google and got in touch with Richard Freeman @ Roadtrafficexpert.com He reckons I’ve got a strong case but awaiting my insurance Company getting back to me about covering legal costs. Really hope karma gets the accuser - proper aggressive BMW driver who thinks he owns the road and ever...

Re: Motoring lawyer Edinburgh

Absolutely would recommend to anyone to get a dash cam, although I’ve yet to get one myself. The fact that someone can accuse you of having an accident (when if anything they drove into you on the wrong side of the road) refusing to stop (which I did and exchanged a few words. There was/is no damage...

Motoring lawyer Edinburgh

Hi folks, not posted for a while, but still here reading and keeping up with the forum. I am in need of a lawyer as someone drove at me like a lunatic and claimed I refused to stop after an accident. I now have a NIP with a court date of 2nd October for failing to stop after an accident [emoji33] I’...

Silent auction for Goodwood FoS tickets

Hi folks, Just a quick heads up that Charlie Butler-Henderson (Vikki's wee brother!) is offering tickets for Goodwood FoS (next weekend). There is an audition in aid of the Cleft Lip & Palate Association (http://www.clapa.com) as Charlie's Nephew was born with a cleft. My son Rory was born with a cl...

Gerry Fitzelle. Used to be at Whitekirk.
One of my colleagues uses him and was just saying he'd bought new alignment kit.

New Conservatory.

Tut,
We got our windows fitted by CSJ but they were ridiculously expensive when we went back to them about a conservatory!
My in-laws had a conservatory built in Garmouth by Cairngorm Windows, my FIL use to be in the trade and seemed happy with them.

Re: Evora Reverse Camera FAILURE

If you're paying someone else to fit, it rarely makes sense to 'try' a cheap replacement. Surely if you buy the genuine part from Murray and it fails you get a new one fitted, but if you supply a duff non genuine part, you'll have to pay twice for installation?

Ingliston Revival/Trackday 11-13th Septermber

They are 're-creating' the full track. They RHS built a grandstand on the original track at Arena, but the plan is to create a new loop round the back of it, using the old pit lane entry. It will be interesting to see it, and also how much they resurface the existing track, as there were some big ho...

Rover K series MG TF 135 engine

This engine was removed from an MG TF 135 80th anniversary in 2009 by Alan Gourlay, with about 50,000 miles. I bought it and was fitted to my Mum & Dad's Rover 45, where ut provided reliable service for 5 years, towing their carav to the OUSth of England on a couple of occasions. The engine was remo...

1.8K Series - MGTF 135 engine

Hi folks, After 3 years of reliable service, the 2003 MG TF 135 engine in my Dad's Rover is surplus to requirements (having been replaced with a 2.5L V6 MG ZT-T :) ) This engine has been ultra reliable, every day and towed a caravan around the UK with no issues. I can check the approximate mileage i...
