Mark Mackenzie's Passat - (Kind of LC)

Postby allyrennie on Tue Mar 09, 2010 11:35 pm

Evening all,

Some pics of some recent work on Mark's new mount:-

Couple of pics of the bootlid to start with, car was in quite a bad way! Half and half here, top of the pic shows the half thats been corrected, bottom half original condition:-

And some finished shots:- Car machine corrected with a range of Menzerna compounds and pads, finished up with Blackfire Polish and Midnight Sun Wax.

hahaha it's all brillo'd up again now (Not!) :damnfunny Ali's work is second to none..... I was going to post pics once i'd fitted a set of 19's but got screwed around on the wheels and have since decided to sell as it was a trade in against my borat and is a bit big for the mrs  £2750 secures for an SEer, 51 plate 1.8 turbo sport with 102k and FSH belts done at main dealer at 80 odd k. great runner new clutch and service last week!

Thanks again Ali! Your a miricle worker for sure, the car is a completely different colour now!

:cheers

Bollox man the top was the before and bottom was after, you assured me the brillo marks would reflect the light better and add to the over all effect, just glad I stopped you before you started the ragging effect ala handy andy off changing rooms :damnfunny
