Best place for a wheel refurb, Stirling area

Post by krypton » Thu Feb 21, 2013 8:49 pm

Anyone know a good place to get a set of wheels refurbed in the Stirling area. I see on another thread that £50 per wheels seems to be the going rate, is that about right? Thanks in advance.

Not sure about Stirling, but I've heard a couple of recommendations for these places in Edinburgh:

http://www.thewheelspecialist.co.uk/loc ... edinburgh/ (£312 for 4 wheels, £360 if you want to drop of car and have them remove and refit tyres)

http://www.pentlandpowdercoating.co.uk/ ... edinburgh/ (£168 if you supply wheels with tyres off. £240 - they'll remove & refit and supply courtesy car)

I'm thinking about getting ours done later in the year so interested in any feedback.
