Server space mainly, but I've checked if we can relax it a bit.
TBH though - if you don't delete any, then it'll just be a matter of time before the inbox is full anyway, so you just shift the problem further down the line... We can't give you megs and megs of space - the PM system is only really for quick throwaway messages.
I get a fair few, but delete what I've read pretty religiously. That way, I've got plenty of space if I'm away for a fortnight or something...

Very true. It's just I'm a forgetful sod an just leaving the last out/in PM from each person makes it a wee bit on the tight side.
