Nitron rebuild

Post by tut » Tue Jul 28, 2009 4:31 pm

Just off the phone talking to Duncan and Randy at Hofmans as to the best way to go about with a rebuild on my Nitrons. Their advice is to buy a set of Randy's complete set ups, ie re-valving, 650-750 Eibach springs, helper springs and collars etc, and get my one leaking damper rebuilt by Nitron and sell them on eBay. The other three seem OK.

Deciding factor was that he will do it for me for the price of a set of Standard Nitrons so I guess it is a no brainer.

Clark, we are going out tonight, but generous of you to offer, so will leave it upto you as to whether you want to drop them off with Ian at work or fit them yourself.

Either way is good.

Cheers

Thanks mate, think Ian has football tomorrow night so Thursday would be good.

As you know, I am not up to much on the spannering side nowadays, so if Amanda wants to pop up, then I will happily entertain her and give her a tour of the house.
