How about Acergy at 10.00am (now Subsea 7 West Campus)? We met there once before a while back. Was thinking of taking a round-about route to Alford. Maybe not so good for Tut though. Could always head North and take an anti-clockwise route throught the North East to Alford?

Subsea7 at 10 is fine for me.

I was behind Scotty for a wee bit tonight. He was heading out towards Alford in the 2-11. Now that's keen.

Well I took the Mrs along. First time she's come along to any car thing I've done and we've been together 10 years.
So we set out on a leisurely drive. Driving at 50mph on a straight road I proceeded to overtake (in the 340R) a blue Astra GSI.
Now I'm in 5th gear with low revs so it's not punchy. As I overtake I get alongside and the knobhead in the astra decides to accelerate to match my speed holding me on the oncoming traffic lane. I drop a gear as does he and we're both still doing the same speed. A van approaches over the hill and I have to brake hard and fall back. He then proceeds to drive at 50mph and braking where he really doesn't need to.

Fuming, I follow him into the car speedfest carpark with the missus trying to calm me down.
Fortunately for him, it was two guys and I know I'm outnumbered so didn't go in all guns blazing but what a fcuk knobhead he was!

Apart from that, £8 is a bit steep for entry but there was a few nice cars on display.
Only stayed an hour.

Funny that, i had a Blue Astra do the same to me on Friday around 1.30. I was heading home from work in the Caterham via the backroads. I was in 5th gear low revs and went to overtake the Astra, as soon as i got along side him he sped up. It was a long straight, so it was easy to drop a gear and get passed but i don't know what the fleck he was playing at. All he did was keep me exposed on the wrong side of the road in a car that's about as safe as a roller skate.

It was most amusing to watch

The chap in the astra was clearly getting in a fluster as he reverse his lovely white alloys into the kerb

Easy to say in hindsight, but is it really worth following him?

Had a similar experience in that I watch a smart barbus do absolute suicide ovetakes, caught up on him by Elgin and really wanted to ask him WTF he was playing at, we were heading away for a few days and didn't want hassle...

Sound of Enzo start up and ride in Scuderia made it well worth £8.

Perhaps the same Astra?
I didn't follow him as such, we went into the carpark and had to turn around as the carpark was blocked. I just made it as difficult as I could for him.
Put pressure on him whilst reversing....

It will be the last time Mrs O goes out with me in the car. She got a bit of a scare with a transit van approaching her.
