Yearly or 9k.

My 37k / 5 year service was sub £400 including vat.

The most expensive service is the one where you change the plugs and even then it's still under £700.
Focus ST estate, i3s and more pushbikes than strictly necessary.

....did i ever tell you about the Evora and VX220 i used to own?

Campbell, the man maths manual states that because you've just spent so much money, then what's another £xxxx for a set of ebay wheels ? You can trivialise the figure for the wheels by comparing it directly to the cost of the car.

Or, just go for a £200 powedercoat job.
Jeremy,

I admire your efforts. Unfortunately, there is a point at which even the man-maths becomes broken. That's generally when, literally, you have run out of money ;-)

As it happens I like the bright wheels, and whilst you got me thinking, I consider myself incredibly fortunate to achieve the Evora ownership goal at all. And then there's Frolic to consider. And the small matter of continuing to feed and clothe our children while I throw caution to the wind and buy a car which costs the same as my first house

Spark plugs are every 4 years which gives you a £600-£700 bill.

Every other time it's between £340 and £400

EDIT : Indicative prices

I think the Silver wheels look stunning, compliment the colour nicely, IMO you would be silly to want to change them!

Think it was Keith's we passed last week and a big woooaah was given with a yes were getting on of them.

Very nice indeed Campbell, really does appeal with it being a 2+2! :thumbsup

Just a Shame the Cayman and Z4M Coupe are only 2 seaters!

Does the policy cover any track Campbell, I think CCI only cover 1 of this years tracks on FF.

Haven't reviewed all the docs yet (so much else going on!). Fingers crossed though eh...

Is a 2+2 Cayman not just a 911 ;-)

Need to get the sponge out in the morning. What a hardship...

I suppose most of what could be said about my first proper experiences with the Evora has already been said many times over elsewhere. So just a couple of key highlights...

- incredibly refined to cruise in, given its DNA

- decat and stage 1 sports exhaust are musts...tremendous audio bonus

- at full chat in 2nd it sounds more like a 911 than a 911 does

- all 4 of us genuinely fit in

- the new touchscreen hifi with Apple CarPlay is totally ace

Really looking forward to getting to know the newest member of our family. Hard-fought, but likely to be well-used. Thanks to all one last time for encouragement and sharing in the most exciting car we've bought in 15 years. It's a delight to post about something which doesn't attract pelters for being either a Skoda or a MINI Clubman. I've waited a long time for this 8)
