Seriously twisted my ankle on site a good few years ago, ankle swole up so much I couldn't get it back in my toe-tap boots.

Arnica cream works a treat to reduce the swelling. Was very sceptical myself when told to use it but I was up and walking (sort of) in a couple of days

It was a training exercise....was wearing 3-5 stone of kit.....was running to get behind some cover......foot went in a hole in the grass......hey presto!
Can't drive car....let alone crash it!
