From about 39.30 is the most interesting bits in my view.
The witnesses maybe not be in the 'yes' camp, but what they say is the most accurate legal opinion your likely to get prior to any 'battle' in the international courts. It does bring into question what advice was sought before the White Paper was written, or even the Edinburgh Agreement was made.
