Is there anyone in the manufacturing area that could look into costs for making a batch of these aluminium tags. Thickness is arround 0.75mm but i can send the tag if anyone is interested in making them. The stamped number isn't required as each one will be different. Just looking to see how many would need to be made to make it cost effective.

Re: Manufacturing Query
I would get it laser or water cut as it will probably be a couple of pence each.
I have used ESP laser, he have laser and water jet machines and will do small batches.

Re: Manufacturing Query
How many do you want made?
Is accuracy a big concern?
Do they have to be aluminum?

Re: Manufacturing Query
Quantity depends on the cost. They need to be 100% accurate as I'm hoping to replicate the original SU tags for use on restorations. Those currently available aren't very accurate and no use if you want everything correct.thinfourth wrote:How many do you want made?
