Carbon Grey Evora in Edinburgh

Post by astirling » Sat Aug 30, 2014 6:42 pm

Hi all,

I got some really useful advice over in general chat when I was looking for a car, but now that I have one I thought I'd introduce myself properly. I see there are one or two fellow accountants on here! Based in Edinburgh, this is my first Lotus. Collected about 3 weeks ago and have put 1,500 miles on it since. Great service from Brandon and Craig.

Annoyingly, a bird shat on it this morning as I drove to the golf club - was only on there 3-4 hours, but baked on in the sun and seems to have taken the lacquer off the paint on the roof. Hopefully there's enough paint thickness so that it can be machine polished back to it's former shiny, smooth self...

It would indeed - that's where it lives. Are you nearby?

Not too far. We're in Buckstone.
Susan works at the Sick Kids though, so I'm up and down that street regularly.

Ordered a Lotus sports exhaust from Craig at MMC today - a little Christmas present for the car and myself!
