And AD08s have 40% more tread too to start with. Ronnie was the chested for them when I checked last week.

I considered changing to ZZR's Neil as I needed to replace my worn rear AD08r's but after seeing the price difference I stuck with AD's!!

Kinger, I thought the ZZR's came with 7mm where as the AD's came with 8mm? It's only the 888 and 48's that come with 5mm I think.

(that's why I think Mike will do fine, that and his lack of imagination).

£92.50 for the 17" AD08R from here or £370 for all four including delivery.

I automatically replaced mine with ZZR's at Ronnie's recently for £628

Tyres for V6, suggestions?

Anyone priced ZZRs on the S1 lately? Thinking about getting rears first week in August if prices are sensible and they're available!

Cheers!

Your Honda is going to be too powerful for ZZR's Dave, you are going to need tractor tyres.

AD08R's... brilliant all round tyre with excellent feedback, controllable wet or dry. I can make them smoke without locking up completely. Theyre not supposed to be stored/parked below 10C which could be an issue up here if you worry about it or have them fitted long enough..
Audi "Elysium TNB500", Ardent red, black in places.
Aluminium repairs, redux bonding, riveted structures, welding, custom exhausts, composite repairs, custom big brake kits, project assist...

I didn't know that. It must have got below 10C overnight so it's probably time to take them off and put the Pirellis back on. Only issue is I'll have to store them in the house as the outhouse isn't heated. I'm sure that'll get approval

Just remember, it's easier to get forgiveness than approval :D
