Cripes that's early, wonder what the weather will be like ;)

Must do better than the piddly three trackdays I managed last year, I'll keep an eye on spaces and finances and see if I can make it.

Defo going to be getting on track this year, didnt manage to do a single one in 2010. February seems a little risky with the weather though so will keep an eye open for later in the year

If there is a NE contingent going is it the norm to travel alone or meet up and go down en masse?

If the latter then would like to tag along.

What are the TrackScotland days like. Only ever been to an SIDC day before?

I went to the last trackscotland event in november, well run, i had only done SIDC before in the elise, but managed to get along in the bmw in november and i had a great time (our time was cut short due to a fully prepped escort cosworth dropping its gearbox - other than that no problems at all)

I would seriously reccomend to anyone considering, Adam and Fee at TS are pretty good at the whole organisation of the event.

There was a fairly wide range of cars at the on i was at, nissan GTR, M3's, several race/track only cars, along with the odd daily driver oh and a rage buggy - looked like great fun, especially since it rained all day.... see below!!!

Im really toying with the idea of going this weekend,

Im collecting the new diff parts for my car on friday afternoon, and im trying to work out if i have time to build the diff, get the old one out and put the newly built one back in without having to work through the night!!

of course, i could allways leave the old diff in and use it as there is nothing wrong with it, but i would really like to get a trackday in with the LSD in!!

I reckon we are on for a cold, dry day with a brisk westerly wind and the chance of an odd shower, possibly with solid parts included

Might get the roof off.

Is this just a normal trackday or a tuition day? There is not mention of tuition any where other than the title of this thread. :?

I guess there will be mostly track regulars on track?
