Great wee night, rain stayed off only a few spots here and there. got some footage and my fastest lap timed off the video was 64.2 not sure if thats any good but I'm happy with it. Cheers Saj and Revlimits crew! Good driving etiquette all round and no red flags...

Ross sorry I didn't know it was you in the Exige and was so busy tonight I never got a chance to say hello!

I was in the silver s1 and black turbo cab

Some great cars tonight and top etiquette. Only thing that I thought was dodgy was some of the cool down laps. But that's just experience levels.

Please pass on my thanks Saj

No worries, spotted you arriving and leaving... must have been out of sync on the track although wasn't looking for the Cab.... yeah a couple of cool down laps were a bit on the slow side but all good none the less...

Ross, was really good to meet you today. My best laps were 65s not particularly fast in comparison to everyone else but for a first trackday it gives me a target to improve on.

I had some issues with the car today, engine was misfiring which really reduced my time on track as everytime it started it would always be just as I began the lap so I had to trail along the whole laps at 40mph to get back to the pits. I only hope I didn't annoy others as a result. I'll need to get Craig to look into the issue asap.

@Andy - I was really hoping to say hi but never managed to find you when you were out of the car. Hopefully next time as I could do with a few pointers from someone that knows what they're doing.

I had a great night in my wee shed, 1:05 was my best too, had to have been the slowest car there tonight with my 135bhp (If i've not lost any ponies in the last 130k Miles lol) was great fun as I've not been on track since I sold my S1..... Bitten by the bug all over again, I can't wait for the next one.... Thanks Saj for organising that, great etiquette and some amazing metal there, 2 McLarens and 2 Lambos scalping me were my highlights :thumbsup

There seemed to be loads of photographers there last night Saj, any idea where to view their snaps?

Now my 65s sounds real crap now - you're clearly a better driver than me. I wonder what the car can do in the hands of someone that can actually use its full potential......

Yeh a lot of car spotters got wind - we had just paid for one to turn up. He's sending the pics today and I'll post up on the FB page when I get them.

How did the Ultimas perform (or break down)? :)

I was using Harry's laptimer app which seems to work very well, no ned to start or stop it. It just did it all by itself. Highly recommended.

And of course, you never looked at times until well after the event, right? As should be pointed out in the briefings, lap timings on the night go against the track's insurance for a trackday. Certainly always used to be the case.

But we know that you don't look at the laptimes on the night :thumbsup

Timed off go-pro after the event Tut/Shug.... And it was fixed to the car ;-) wish I didn't run out of memory card as I'd have liked to have seen the laptimes later in the session as was pushing braking points back and braking deeper. Going to see if I can get some more instruction from Sandy maybe before the 14th, or even at the 14th...

 My bad - God's honest truth I was fairly attentive during the briefing as it was my first time and I heard no mention of that, but Ross and Mark can let me know if I wasn't listening hard enough. I was using the app to record the video which was fixed to my car but I'll know for next time. But yes only reviewed everything at the end of he night my focus was trying to get my lines and braking right more than anything.
