. A great car I would be more than happy to sell to a fellow SE-er. For sale is my 2003 Lotus Elise 111s.
An '03 plate in gunmetal grey with full service history and 23,027 miles. Just serviced two weeks ago (A service) with last year's being the expensive 'C' completed by Murray Lotus of Edinburgh where the timing and VVC belts were replaced. I also had the belt tensioner replaced as good practice. Therefore no service costs for another year with next year again being the cheaper, oil change based 'A' service.
Owned by me for almost 4 years, always garaged and regularly polished. Low mileage as this is a 3rd car. I purchased it with 12k miles from a garage in November 2006 and have averaged under 3k miles per annum in my time of ownership.
The car is MOT'd until end November 2010 and taxed until end October 2010. Has passed MOT first time, every time. Rather than sell "with the usual minor stone chips", to prepare the car for sale I have just had the lower front clam and both sills professionally re-sprayed as the Lotus dealerships do when selling used stock.
