Yep, like Shug said there's a surprising number of cars out there that have had Lotus input
The Aston Vanquish has a Lotus designed bonded aluminium chassis not unlike the Elise and VW recently had them working on a three wheeler that they were looking at putting into production.

Proton Personas also had Lotus handling input (accordingly to the decals) and i used to wince everytime I walked past one.

now I console myself in the knowledge they're under the same ownership...

Still, when my car was born, Lotus were still owned by Bugatti :P

Word is that Lotus Engineering are working with the Chinnese MG guys on the MGF which they are talking about launching next year. Lets hope they asked for some cash up front on that job.

Lotus Carlton - the car the Daily Mail tried to get the Government to ban. I'm sure there was a debate in the Commons about the LC at the time.

Don't you meant the Proton Satria?
Not meant to be all that bad IIRC.

There's a few of them in Dundee. The drivers usually get pretty excited when they see the Elise so at least they know what the Lotus connection actually means :)
