No contest, AD07s are far better.

Anybody got a phone number for wheelsaround?

Tried emailing a few days ago but no response so far. No number as far as I can see on the website.

Hey NR

If you are speaking to Ronnie let me know as I need a set of tyres for Nics also. Hoping we might be able to get Toyo R888's unless he can get Ad07's?

cheers

I called MMC and F1 again. MMC simply can't include free fitting in the price. He says he'd like to, but just can't as it's too expensive. F1 can't do a better deal than he's already doing for me (£437.76 for a full set of AD07s inc. fitting and balancing), but that's already a pretty good deal, so I said I'd recommend him for people who are going to Dan's for service, but need to get official Lotus tyres fitted.

So, I've booked with him to get them fitted after I pick my car up at Dan's next Friday. My main reason is that it's much easier than getting tyres shipped through from MMC and transported to wherever I'm getting them fitted.

Cheers,
D

I had F1 fit tyres for me and they are good, nice guys as well, however Ronnie is much cheaper at the trackdays. :D

Ended up getting AD07s fitted by Sinclaires of Romsford, as my rears were done after my Walshy day. They did the tyres, fitting and balancing for £437.76.

I can already notice a big difference with these tyres. I feel like the car is sticking to the road much more than it ever did with the Bridgestones.

New tyres always feel better than shagged old ones :-) But I agree that the AD07 should be a good tyre if the Advan Neova is anything to go by.

My rears are fooked but the fornts have plenty left (T1Rs) now that spring is in the air I'm very tempted to go for a more agressive tyre but I'm a wimp  and I'm now poor. Any suggestions?

A pair of rear T1Rs is the cheaper but what else should I be looking at...
