Re: Kames off

Cracking little track, but as has been said, its really tight!
Glad to see no one was hurt and the car was an easy fix.
I put the Audi S4 off on Sunday but luckily just into the gravel at Colin McRae kink going clockwise!
Crossed the finish line at 100 :D

Re: Looking for an Elise / Exige under £20k

As Ken says, ive had PAX shots in his Exige, and Nizzy's Elise. Both bloody good and both totally different beasties. From what im looking at so far and what you lot are saying, im looking for a driveable car i can use at most speeds and yes id rather have a removeable lid but thats negotiable... Si...

Re: Looking for an Elise / Exige under £20k

See this is the kind of stuff i need to hear :D Are all K series engines like this or can it be rectified by a milder choice of cam etc etc? Compared to the K are the toyota engines reliable and useable enough to justify the price difference? I dont care about the price of fuel and economy of the en...

Looking for an Elise / Exige under £20k

Not sure what spec to be honest, was hoping you lot could enlighten me as to what would be best to go for. Handling is more important than speed, acceleration comes close second. Not looking for a track car, just one to pose in :P Ideally low mileage and good nick. Soft or hard top, not fussed. Not ...

But I guess as you're looking at a Lotus, it ain't straight line speed you're interested in . . . it's more what goes on in the corners! :D good point mate, straight line speed is enough im sure :P Personally, given the size of your insurance quotes, I'd head for a good, well set-up S1 and learn to...
