I've got it and I'm totally underwhelmed. Good for footy and not much else. The channels in HD are really limited (unless you only watch Discovery and the BBC Preview) for movies I saw no difference.
Better spending cash on a Blueray DVD player.

Driving a normal car after 2 years of a Lotus...
...and it's surprisingly good. Got a Mondeo for the next 3 months whilst I wait for the company Alfa 159 to be delivered and I was expecting it to be rubbish. However, it's makes a nice change to have the ability to cruise up to 90 mph without having to turn up the radio or not hear your passenger. ...

a lot of money for a rebodied vx turbo :P And since a VX Turbo is itself a rebodied Lotus, it's a lot of car for the money. If I didn't have the company car looming I'd snap this one up! My point was that a '56 plate VX turbo with mods would be a fair bit cheaper. You could get pre-reg ones for £20...

Mmm I would check your settings first. It is possible to individually set up the tone for the differening inputs on your Blaupunkt. For example, if you're in 'Radio' mode and you adjust the bass, it will only effect the bass for radio. You'll need to put on a CD and adjust the settings seperately ag...

Subwoofer fixed- Ali at SLS is a star!
The sub on my Exige (no sniggering) packed in last week and after much head scratching I gave Ali a call at SLS yesterday. He told me to bring the car up there and then and he'd have a look at it. 30 minutes later, the passenger seat was out, the back trim panel was off, the amp was removed and the ...

I have a 2006 111R (that has the led at the back) and I was under the impression that these did have the HID's. Is this correct or am I mistaken? Cheers DMW Nope, none of the models to date have HID/Xenons as standard or even as an option. Even the MY06 LED rear light models (like mine) have projec...

You'd be better off biting the bullet and buying a dipped beam xenon light conversion. You can get a kit from Elise parts for about £250 and MMC or Ali at SLS can fit them in an hour or so if you don't fancy doing it yourself. MMC did mine about a year ago. Totally transformed my Exige at night, MUC...

Nice one, right in the heart of the Medina! If you've got time get yourself along to Niki Beach... it's a club/bar/pool complex like something out of a Bond movie... check it out- http://www.nikkibeach.com/marrakech/index.asp
I so-ooo need to get a third nipple for next week.

I'm going next week, when will you be there?
Best bet is a Riad, cheaper and more plentiful than a hotel. Try http://www.hipmarrakech.com/ to book. You can get a room for about £80 in the Medina, which is the coolest part of the city.
Hope that helps.
