Re: Audi A2.. can't believe I am doing a "what car" thread.
I had a 1.6 petrol a3 courtesy car before. It was totally gutless and needed a 6th gear badly. I would deffinately have the tdi over the petrol engine

Re: Just joined-no lotus for now
Thanks,
I think I'll be happy with a 2ubular manifold and exhaust and trd airbox. Depending on the suspension as stock I'd maybe go for nitrons down the line.
I guess I better get myself a car first before I worry about this

Re: Any exige owners near Glasgow for a pax ride?
Sounds good mate I plan to fit a full 2ubular system from the manifold back so it will be good to see what its like.
I'm an accountant and unfortunately I need this last exam to open a few more doors.
I spent about 12k on my ep3 that was keeping it n/a too

Re: Any exige owners near Glasgow for a pax ride?
I'm in Dumbarton if that helps. I'm down at Essex Autosport getting the car tuned on the 20th so anytime after that is good for me. I'm also doing the TRS Sprint at the end of the month if your going to that? There's a few Exige going so a pax should be readily available. Thanks mate, Flip flop is ...

Re: Any exige owners near Glasgow for a pax ride?
MMC won't be running an Exige demo as Exige is no longer sold as a new car - surprised if they don't have a used one for sale, or at least an Elise SC220 to let you drive? Yeah I know Graeme, when I was up they had a customers one in to sell and the only other one was the JP edition which is tucked...

Any exige owners near Glasgow for a pax ride?
As the title states, the faster the better as I can't get a run out in one at Murray lotus due to lack of demos.
Cheers

Re: Just joined-no lotus for now
Cheers everyone.
I did buy new unfortunately and I'm paying now. It is a good car but I've always wanted an exige and it's and itch I need to scratch.

Re: Just joined-no lotus for now
Yeah S1's are going for crazy prices. I know I probably don't actually need them but the looks do it for me along with the proper extended scoop on the 240. Being me I know I will modify down the line so I may as well get the brakes etc to begin with. I saw an rgb on the road the other week and now ...

Re: Just joined-no lotus for now
Yeah I know mate at this point I'm losing my 6k deposit on the Rex so I have to keep it a bit longer. I like the more aggressive look of the exige and for me it has to be a 240PP minimum, I need the ap brakes. I think they will continue to hold value too but I do wonder what effect the supposed v6 e...

Just joined-no lotus for now
Alright, Currently driving an rx8 r3 as I was too impatient to wait for the right exige 240pp to appear. This turned out to be a big mistake as the value of my car has taken a hammering. I plan to get a starlight black RGB next but I'll see what happens to the prices in the next year Anyone near Gla...
