Re: Yaris GR Thoughts ?

Quotes shamelessly ripped from a PH post: Top Gear: "The GR Yaris is superb - the best Toyota we've ever driven." 10 out of 10. Autocar: "All-paw Yaris might be the most exciting addition to the hot hatchback market in a decade. Wickedly purposeful, and wonderfully evocative of fast 4x4s of old." 5 ...

Re: Yaris GR Thoughts ?

People seem happy enough to pay £40k for a Golf with essentially the same formula, except made from generic VAG parts..

It looks like the price of the Yaris will be around the £35k at most for most specifications.

Re: Yaris GR Thoughts ?

Looks like the 'Circuit Pack' will be the one to go for, if nothing else for future value - Recall with my previous Megane RS, those without the 'Cup' pack (LSD, suspension changes) took a significant hit on values and were much harder to sell on..

Re: Murray T.50

Makes all the latest crop of super hyper cars with 'F1' tech and bloated battery packs seem almost boring. The fact that the engineering design in that car is geared almost solely on the 'emotive' experience aspect of driving rather than the continual performance top-trumps / Instagram worth nonsens...

Re: Thoughts on property prices

I may be being a little over-simplistic, but it seems more likely short-term prices will fall rather than rise on the back of a very deep local and global recession / depression. Although no doubt there will be localised hot spots that will still be very attractive. A certain percentage will also li...

Re: Covid-19 Lockdown

Surely better to do that than having to call out a breakdown vehicle who should be concentrating on keeping our essential workers on the road. Just curious on other people's thoughts. Its 'technically' not...
