Whats it roughly worth?

Ive just ordered a new BMW m135i and Im not sure whether or not to keep the Lotus. Just wondering what you guys realistically think its worth in a private sale? Its a 2002 s2 in silver, done a genuine 21000 miles and is in 9 out of 10 condition. A few small paint bubbles under the fibreglass all pre...

Re: VW Group platform sharing...

Ive got the new Leon FR as my daily runner. Its really excellent, interior is 10 times better than last model and on par with the new Golf. Only difference is the Leon looks good, full LED lights are really nice - the Golf looks great in photos, but every time I see one on the road I think they look...

Re: Investment advice? NLC

Wow, thanks all. Lots of good advice there. I guess my next stop will be an IFA. Its good to hear that they now work for a fee and not a comission - that always put me off in the past. I guess I thought they would rather sell you a high comission investment rather than something that is actually ben...

Re: Investment advice? NLC

Dont tempt me....an Exige would be a dream.....but common sense has to kick in!

Still investigating options, but gold price seems to have bottomed out just now and thats whats making me steer towards buying some Kugerrands!

Investment advice? NLC

Hi all, I have a few bob built up in the bank gaining virtually no interest. Whilst Im not a fan of scaremongering, I do have serious concerns about this countries spiralling debts. Im quite concerned that as soon as interest rates go up, the country wont be able to service the interest on its debts...

drop rear suspension struts

Hi all, Im in the middle of wire brushing my rear wishbones before rust treating and painting as part of the winter refurb plan Im undertaking. Quick question - if I just unbolt the bilstein struts at the top bolt to drop the suspension and allow easier access, is it just a case of lifting back up a...

Dark grey elise/exige Fraserburgh road

Seen earlier today, a dark grey (either Exige or Elise with big tail spoiler!) on the a952 heading towards Fraserburgh.
Front numberplate was a bit bent!
