Re: S1 Ownership

Re 1 plenty of options for winter storage both commercially and within the fold for varying tariffs. I bought my S240 without a garage and found many options available for the winter storage. Avoid covers. Could look at an outdoor carcoon too. It certainly would benefit from dry storing tho.

New Breif (Non Lotus)

So got the new toy yesterday... I must admit having only driven it in the wet and at 3/10ths on the test drive I was a bit apprehensive that it might be a little bit of a let down when giving it a seeing to. As you do, I'd been reading a lot about the car, spiky, no rear traction, terrible damping, ...

Re: All roads lead to Lotus... or do they?

Thanks Clarkie, yes the handling is much improved now now and the car is more neutral than the spiky snappy original version. I’ve test driven them both and thought no way on the original one, the newer ones are much better as you note. Ultimate pack is basically all the juicy options, HK sound, sur...

Re: All roads lead to Lotus... or do they?

I’ve ordered an M4 Competition Pack in Individual Porsche Riviera blue, carbon pack, ultimate pack. I love how BMW just drop their pants at the end of the production runs. I’ve been an M fan for years just never been in a position to be able to run one as have always went for the best of the non M. ...

Re: Dreaded Clutch Problem (Sport350)

Not sure, finance company are collecting it as far as I know. I’ve to post the papers and spare key back to finance co. As to what happens after, I expect it’ll either end up back on Haytons lot with a notice of intended litigation taped to the windscreen or get pumped through auction and afore ment...

Re: Dreaded Clutch Problem (Sport350)

Well today marks the end of the Saga. I've just transferred the title over to the finance company. They had agreed to accept rejection but things were getting tedious with respect to compensation and refund of my out of pocket expenses. As mentioned the case was referred to the ombudsman, their adju...

Re: Aftermarket Part Fitting Recommendations

it's not libel or slander if its true, and I think most testimonies on here have that at their core. I think public forums have the same classification as facebook, I.E. not a publisher so cannot be held responsible for content and the actions of members however are responsible for managing complain...
