Re: Anyone bought a new car recently?

Hi, Sold my Elise sport 220 and Caterham 420s and bought an Exige Sport 390 FE in what looks like (not sure what the colour is called..) azure blue. It doesn’t have the black pack which is a bonus. Had some practical mods done at Craig’s couple of weeks ago. Here’s hoping for some nice weather.. Che...

Try SELOC more traffic on there, probably been asked already.
Cheers! Thanks for that. I had forgotten about Seloc.. Not sure if I’m still a member on there .. it’s only been 14 years! 😄.

Thanks again!

Exhaust valve bypass switch Exige V6

Hi, Wonder if anyone can help.. I’m looking for an exhaust valve bypass switch which uses the OEM connector already there behind the cowling behind the steering wheel. I’ve seen a YouTube clip of an owner who managed to purchase the switch for his Exige Final edition. The switch itself fits into the...

Nice one Cowan.

Hopefully get to see it next time I’m in Kippford [emoji6]. We are overdue a catch-up.
Cheers Campbell, indeed, we never managed to get round to it last year. Didnt help with it being a total wash out during the kids summer holidays. Give me a shout when you’re next up for it 👍

Re: Interior size difference between Elise and Exige

Thanks for chiming in, much appreciated. Concluded the purchase yesterday from Hendy Motors in Southampton, but unfortunately it has a faulty door lock it seems, so wont see it for another couple of weeks. Never mind.. Not exactly the weather to be enjoying it at the moment anyway.

Thanks again!

Re: Interior size difference between Elise and Exige

I wonder if it has anything to do with the steering wheel.. the flat bottomed one, which eats less into the leg room may have allowed me to bring my legs closer together which would have relieved the pressure on my hips, making it feel less restrictive .. possibly answered my own question.. 😄.. Anyw...

Re: Interior size difference between Elise and Exige

Could it be that the seat goes back slightly further. The difference was tangible. I’m at the limit size wise, not height, but from a general bulk perspective.

Cheers
