It already is, car is fully working, these are ongoing updates just ironing out some stuff I don't like.

Realised I haven't updated this thread in a while but she failed her first go around at the MOT, turns out the cat has given up the ghost which wasn't entirely a surprise if I am honest. Fortunately I had a spare original so swapped it out and fitted 2 x new Lambda sensors as I couldn't get the old ...

Rebuilding aK series isn't rocket science and loads of parts available. Wouldn't need a new block, worst case you might have to shim the liners to get the right height.
Certainly seems to have been looked after and good basis for a project. Cheap relatively speaking,
