IT Job Vacancy in Aberdeen

Anyone interested in an IT job in Aberdeen. We've been trying to recruit someone else for our team for a few weeks, but not had much luck with decent CVs. We did make a job offer to one candidate, but sadly he accepted a year's extension to his current contract which was made at the last minute. Spe...

I've got no issues in people running older but well looked after cars on our days. After all, it's the behaviour of the person behind the wheel that counts the most.

A G60 should still be quite rapid I would have thought, so shouldn't present any issues at all.

I was there last week for a practice session (there was only a few of us so not enough to warrant a race session). I must admit it was slightly disappointing also. Karting is always good fun and enjoyable, but at other places you generally come away with a buzz. The track is tight (just over 2 kart ...

You spotted it before I had been informed it had gone "live" :D

Later events will be added once the shop is updated in early March (this will most likely mean you have to create a new account).

I've been given a list of dates and prices for KH events for 2007. Prices for track hire have indeed gone up quite a bit (over 10%) since last year. For the SIDC events, we'll do our very best to keep the prices as low as possible. We've largely managed to keep the price rises under control these pa...

anyone ever heard of the following before I confess to them also being favourites for the car: Pallas (Aberdonian band from the 90's) The Grim Northern Social (weegies from now) I've got a Pallas album somewhere. Saw them quite a few times live, but that was back in the 80s when Euan (I think) was ...

Thanks Ross for the link and for joining me in the car for a few laps - it was a great 'ring-side seat' seeing all the cars in front of us spinning :D Thanks Kenny for the pic of me driving Mac's car - top action shot and not even in my own car! I think the next event should be in the snow - what d...

I know it's a long shot but does anyone have any photo's of me driving the caterham? Only did a handful of laps all day but if you did I would love to stick on my desktop. Silver caterham with blue stripe and driver wearing a blue helmet Mac I've only got one, but it's well blurred to the point the...

Greg,

I've got space for one more car. Get your mate to drop me an email on john@sidc.co.uk and I'll send him the info pack etc. He'll have to pay by cheque or cash on the day though, as we don't have the facilities to accept card payments on the day.

LOL!

for some reason many of the Imprezas are staying at home for this event, or just coming along to watch.

More than happy to rename the events if someone buys an Elise for me ;)
