From the responses so far, it looks like it is just about viable to run the track event on the 11th November, so I've confirmed it with Knockhill. Up to about 15 people so far for the 11th, and no support for the 26th so that one will be dropped.

About 6 so far for the 8th December.

It's looking promising, so I'll send an email to everyone on my distribution list asking for their thoughts as well.

If people can post up the dates that they would be prepared to attend as a paying participant, noting the higher costs for the Sunday event, then it will be easier to judge interest.

The MLR are organising a timed sprint at Ingliston (next to Edinburgh airport) next Sunday from 9am to 7pm. Places are restricted to a maximum of 30 cars, and there are currently 8 slots remaining. sorry to say that we are full up, with a reserve list of 3 cars currently. There was a last minute rush overnight on the remaining slots in the club shop, combined with people with credits from previous events also deciding to take part.

I've added you onto the reserve list in 4th place.
