Mike, I've been following this excellent thread, gathering info to rebuilding a K (its also cheaper and has better photies than most of WH Smith's car mags :D ) ** Gormless Question Alert ** What method of cleaning was used on the block and head to strip it back to that "as new" alloy finish :cheers
