I have an S1 elise and there is a clicking noise coming from the passenger side when driving at anything over 10mph. However when the brake is applied the noise disappears. I think its a brake or suspension issue (still original set-up) but could really do without putting new suspension if possible!...

Used to be a golf man and def no plans to go back to a "normal" car anypoint soon

Cars standard (so far) so probably be needing some advice on sensible S1 mods in the future

My 2000 S1, 12k miles has developed a clicking/rattling noise from the front passenger side.

Is this the suspension gone? Is it easily fixed? Is it safe to drive?

Any thoughts would be appreciated
