Re: Anyone with an S1 111S or Sport 160?

Hi Stu, I have a S1 Sport 135, with circa 150 bhp. Not too near Edinburgh, (Milton of Campsie), but you are welcome to come over and see that / pax if you want. The 135s came from Lotus with around 145 bhp, and a close ratio gear box, so performance is not too different to the 160. Just a different ...

Re: Thanks to Kenneth Brown Motor Engineers

So after very little use over the winter, I took my Elise out a few weeks ago. There was something not quite right in how it was running. Gave Kenneth a call, he suggested a few things that I could check, however I was unable to solve the problem, so booked the car in to them for Friday. Kenneth was...

Re: Clutch replacement Glasgow

Second that. Kenneth and his son David have done a load of work on my car over the past few years and it's now in great shape. Their workmanship is top notch, and prices very reasonable. They are very much in demand, so it can take a week or so to fit you in sometimes, but worth the wait in my opini...

Great write up Jen.
Looking forward to watching you racing sometime.
At the last count, there were 1382 SE members. I'm sure, if everyone chipped in a couple of quid, it'd make a big dent in your sponsorship budget  8)

Go Team SE :drive
Great idea Duggie. SE crowd funding. :thumbsup

Ah. Interesting one.

I just put some Michelin Cross Climates on the Skoda. Feel pretty good. And great value from Black Circles.

Not sure if XL or not.
I thought XL was only for the heavier driver.... s'pose I should be getting them then.

Re: New toy

She said, "I don't care what I drive, you sort it out"...
There are a few stipulations... she likes a strong / bold colour.. and that's about it. We would still have the previous fiesta ST had I not felt the need to sell it when we moved house a few years ago.

Re: New toy

Thanks for the review. The golf gti and new fiesta ST are on my shortlist for replacing Mrs S's car later this year.
