Re: New(ish) car .. not really Lotus Content and a long wait..

Bit of a photo dump.. Had to get the aircon re-gassed. Not sure if it ever worked properly but after 15 mins in the dr...

Re: Ally Victoria Road 24/05/23

I'm the only one in Dundee NOT to spot Ally!!

Appreciate what you are saying Scott. I drove 5 mins down the road to the meet on Sunday at Auchterhouse and 5 mins home.... before spending over an hour cleaning the car and putting it away again. :D

Re: Insurance renewal (for the Aygo so NLC).

Jim do you still have your Ultima? One of your (sort of) neighbours has a blue one too! :cheers No, I sold it recently and it went away down south to Kent. We're moving house and there was no real prospect of it getting up the driveway without having to fit a lift-kit and the truth was th...

Isn't car insurance strange?
It certainly is.

I keep thinking back to when I had a little "moment" in my Ultima. My premium with Adrian Flux was around £275 for the year. They shelled out just under £30k to mend the broken bits and at renewal time the premium dropped to £250. Strange indeed

Re: Puncture help

Hi Scott – sorry to hear about your tyre woes - that’s really unlucky :( Looks like you’ve got all the info you need now, but for a local option for fitting in future - Hectyre has good rep with local members - for their experience, and care and attention - they were excellent over 2 visits for me ...

Re: Kitchen Refurb Recommendations?

We are doing the whole "new kitchen" thing in somewhere we've just bought. There's a company in Perth that was recommended to us, owned by someone on Pistonheads, who was really helpful when we were doing the planning and design stuff. They specialise in jobs where part of the plan is to reuse cupbo...

My google skills are underwhelming and am struggling to find much about the Macau edition. What's the changes /difference?
