Re: Remapping Service for VHPD Needed - Any Ideas?
Been to Emerald a few times over the years, but my last remap was done by MAC motorsport in Dundee. For me, they did a decent job of the mapping process and saved a jont down south.

Re: S1 lights LED Headlights and driving lights?
I’ve ordered a set (the last set) of the chrome ones from pmnparts which should arrive tomorrow, will let you know how it goes. As the glass lens is smashed it will not pass its MOT next year anyway so will take a change and try in the meanwhile source a replacement 2nd hand part. The brackets on th...

Re: S1 lights LED Headlights and driving lights?
Holy thread revival :) - whats the verdict on the pmnparts lights a year on (albeit a stay at home year)? Having had the elise on the road for the last 3 weeks, finally completing the engine work started back in 2013, on the way back from the mapping session a stone hit the glass light lens and sadl...

Re: Replacement of clutch master cylinder on S1
Thanks Woody, will try a wobble socket and see if thats enough to change the angle of attack. Had originally thought that a couple of extension pieces would give me access but it just ended fouling on the back of the dash and/or pedals. Yeah looks like it’s installed before the pedal box is fitted.

Replacement of clutch master cylinder on S1
Last weekend /(10m from my house) the clutch hydraulics failed on the S1. Both the master cylinder and slave need replaced. I’m having issues removing the master cylinder, mainly due to access. Is there a specific method (or recommend tool) to be able to remove the two retaining nuts securing he mas...

Re: Fuel pump circuit on s1
Quick update: With Mike's help and a new(er) fuel pump, it looks like not only has my the pump failed I have burnt out wiring at or near the ECU plug itself :( . Currently at work but will check on the car what else (if anything) doesn't appear to be working and then compare with the emerald pin out...

Re: Fuel pump circuit on s1
Thanks guys >>I would pull the inspection cover behind the passenger seat and disconnect the plug for the fuel pump. Re-install an new fuse and switch the car on. If the fuse goes again then the fault is in the wiring or the MRFU Did this on Tuesday night, and thought the MFRU migh have been playing...

Fuel pump circuit on s1
Does anyone have details on the fuel pump pin outs from the MFRU to the pump itself? To cut a long story short, I was out driving a few weeks ago and the car cut out (mid EK whirlies roundabout). Fuel pump didn't prime and then realised that I had a blown fuel pump fuse. Replaced the fuse but on cra...
