My PNM lights just went through MOT again fine yesterday.
I believe Eliseparts have a new light set which is closer to an OEM look, but I still think the LED ones are the best option if you actually want to drive at night or at dusk.

Re: S1 lights LED Headlights and driving lights?
I bought them from PNM http://www.pnmparts.co.uk/elise-exige/elise-exige-s1-96-01/elise-exige-s1-96-01-m They seem do do a set with halo now too. I know you can get them dirt cheap on eBay but I couldn't be bothered with trying to make the brackets up etc. They are making a reasonable profit on thes...

Re: S1 lights LED Headlights and driving lights?
Is this all coming up because the normal lights are unobtainable, or just because they are crap...? Bit of both I think. I tried new OEM lenses with better bulbs etc but they aren't very good even when brand new. HIDs I found very harsh but did give a lot of light. Not legal for MOT now but never h...

Re: S1 lights LED Headlights and driving lights?
I have fitted the PNM parts LED headlights. Best solution I’ve found so far after trying upgraded bulbs, HIDs etc. The beam pattern isn’t perfect but it’s plenty bright enough for spirited driving in the evening. I also went for the chrome which doesn’t immediately draw your eye like the darker ones...

Re: Why does it not sell?
I'm keeping a track of the early Evora market as I quite fancy one as a daily. The 2+0 is the biggest sticking point for me, having a couple of (tiny) back seats would be essential for me and I assume many family buyers.

There is a guy on seloc called ‘the foot’ who makes repair panels which you can bond straight in top of the existing floor. Also available on eBay here. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F312571881780 I haven’t spent anywhere near four figures/year kee...

I’m in North Wales a lot and we avoid the evo triangle like the plague. Seems to be a major draw for arseholes.
It’s not even that good a bit of road, plenty better options in that area!

Not that bothered about a carbon one but I'd definitely be up for a group buy to get a spare.

Re: Quantum shocks
I have original Zeros on my S1. Currently running 225f 300r and about to try 325f/400r as I plan to do a few trackdays this year.
I find them to be great all round but I don't have much to compare against to be fair.

Re: Cool or crazy Christmas presents
Polly arrived on Friday night and got her home just in time for Christmas. She shares a birthday with her 2 year old brother so Christmas will be a bit crazy for us in future!

I find seloc mobile site less hassle than tapatalk to be honest.
