Re: 134 s Toyota exhaust?

You're more than welcome to have a look at my car, I have a few very discreet mods that I chose very carefully not to ruin the Lotus, it is the same basic car as yours. Oh - I have a custom made 2bular (not one advertised) that I got Jim Valentine to make bespoke for my car.

Really sorry to hear about your car! As long as you are OK, the car is just a car in the end - and is replaceable.

Re: Lexus

Very impressive!

Btw, I've now left Lexus, motor trade was never for me.

Still, it was an eye-opener, and I do appreciate Lexus cars much more than I could have given credit for prior to working there.

My elise kicks ass though :)

Lexus

Hi All, Somehow I've managed to go from job to job these last 2 years and ended up in Lexus Glasgow. Having been here for a few months now, I can honestly say that I had no idea how good the build and finish was - and how well the cars drive on the road. I've just been bombarded with information on ...

Re: Exhaust back box - yet again!

Finally got the exhaust yesterday! First impressions were just what i had expected - very shiny, much lighter than std, nice & neat welding. ripped off the old one at 10.40, new one on, back in at 11.45, so a doddle to fit. a bit of boominess at 4000rpm at the moment, but hopefully when i give it a ...

Re: Exhaust back box - yet again!

Cheers guys :thumbsup

Should be any day now before I receive the back box. Ally - i've ordered a 7x22 silencer but with the oval tailpipe instead of the twin tailpipes as i'm used to the look of the sc exhaust on my S.

i will report back as soon as i get the thing and shove it on!

Re: Exhaust back box - yet again!

Thanks, I've ordered a 2bular now too - decided to support the Scottish economy so I hope it's worth it!

Was there a good weight saving in the end? The back box on my car Is 14kg plus! (heavier than my mountain bike being welded to the cat')
