Re: Anyone hot on tax codes (PAYE)?
I'm in the same boat mate, HMRC have reduced my tax code meaning i'm paying them a fortune in income tax. From discussions with my accountant....HMRC have screwed up. They've calculated tax codes taking into account something on the P11D which they're not meant to....the 'Employer Benefits' section ...

Re: Door freezing (Audi TT)
Well....after my door finally gave up closing altogether, I had to drive home from the supermarket with the door tied to my leg to keep it closed over.....so I took it to audi. Apparently its a known manufacturers fault with the door cabling, so both doors were fixed under warranty. I think the free...

Re: Door freezing (Audi TT)
What year is your TT Craig? Ian has had no problem with his. tut Its a 58 plate tut. As kerryxeg says, I'd expect a German car tested to much colder temps than we're experiencing just to be able to handle it.... I've stopped using the driver door now, as I've found that the passenger door hasn't be...

Door freezing (Audi TT)
Does anybody know a full proof way of stopping your doors freezing up in cold weather? I've had my TT since may and due to the cold weather over the past week, I've struggled with the doors! After some de-icing, I'm able to get the door open, get in and get the engine started up, but the door wont c...

Manufacturer Warranties
I know that manufacturer warranties generally exclude wear items, but does anyone know if things like Track Rod Arms and Ends, or Wishbone Bushes are considered as wear items??
Cheers,
Craig.

Re: Turkish GP
Yip, good article from Martin......I'd blame Vettel for the actual contact since he clearly turned right into Webber....but Marko isn't without blame, it was totally pointless to squeeze his teammate like that, especially since he was running on fuel save mode and Vettel wasn't, so he had absolutely...

An Exige for the summer
So....I'm starting a new job in September (alot lower paid tho!!) so I was thinking about getting an Exige for the Spring/Summer while I can still afford it. Just wondered if anyone had any clever cost effective ideas for getting one for a few months.....short of buying one and selling it again in A...

Seat Ibiza Turbo Problem (NLC)
Was hoping someone could help diagnose a problem with my Ibiza TDI! Over the last couple of days I'm finding that the Turbo is struggling, and the power delivery is very jerky when the turbo kicks in. I'm hoping that its just the cold weather causing it, but I wont know if it is until it heats up in...

Re: Outside cover for S1
Hi Davie,
I have an excellent outdoor cover I bought off flebay for my S2.....but now that I've sold the car it'll go to waste! You're welcome to it if you're down in the Glasgow area anytime soon.
Cheers,
Craig.
