car seat upholstery (NLC)

Hi Folks,
the drivers seat bolster on my car is starting to look a little bit tired after 100k miles. the foam is collapsing and starting to fray.

have any of you used any trimmers, preferably around the central belt, that could fix this kind of thing??

thanks
