Good advice so far. I got a front plate from fancyplates.com and it was nicely finished off and exactly to my (legal) spec. I left the rear plate full width and I think it looks OK. I nearly bought my number from one of the dealers and they had loaded another £40 on to the cost! Go DVLA. I used one ...
