Re: Have I done the right thing?

I reckon most Lotus need around £1k ploughed into them a year if your using them. But that's still pretty reasonable all things considered. If you maintain the level of maintenance and parts refresh you shouldn't get hit with any nasty surprises. Especially if you start with a well maintained example.

Re: Selling a Cherished Number

For date style plate your basically looking at what they cost. Quick look at DVLA says £399. Then you've got the cost of transfer at £80 which the dvla pays when you buy but your private buyer will want covered, so £320ish. Elise S1/KSeries Induction kit

Simple open cone filter and induction pipe. Good condition. Has been stored in a closed box since removal so the filter remains good. Probably worth re-oiling it.

Soap Box race in Livingston!

Just stumbled across this!

https://www.livingstonsoapboxrace.co.uk/

First race this August 18th. Looks like it will be a pretty well organised event.

I'm in.... pending the scheduling chief saying I'm not already booked.

Anyone?

Had that too. Very frustrating but ultimately easier to take the hit and reverse.

Still to do NC500!

Very nice looking upgraded toe link from Seriously Lotus.

The picture of the sheared standard item is a bit scary. 😲

Yep Elise Shop.

I can't remember where I saw the toe link. I'll have a hunt 👍

Have you seen Ivo's stiffer anti roll bars? Good to see some bits like this coming out. There is a toe link kit somewhere too. 👍
