Thule Wingbar Edge 9592B x 2 (plus feet options)

I've just had to buy new bars bars for the Alfa so no longer need the Wingbars I bought in 2018. They're still mint and didn't want to change them but had no option so thought I'd see if anyone here might be able to use them before I head to ebay etc.. Currently have 2 x Wingbar Edge 9592B with the ...

Re: SE BMW M2 Club

Giulia Quadrifoglioiooioiioioio. Sensible financial decision.. as always. Does that not mean your tied into Arnold Clark for any remedial work? Last time I looked they were the only Alfa dealer accredited? Mate fancied one recently but AC sales never got back to him after a couple of attempts, so w...

Re: SE BMW M2 Club

There are so many happy mustang owners out there that there must be something good about them. I think I was just unlucky with mine tbh. The real issue is the fact that dealers all tend to be utter gash if anything goes wrong over and above the usual stuff. They just don't have the skillz they used ...

Re: SE BMW M2 Club

Holy member resurrection Dave, how the devil are you? And your Mustang? [emoji41] Mustang was a fun experiment but ultimately a total failure. Won't bore you with the details but 6 months of taking it to the dealer every two weeks to try and fix a whining noisy clunky diff got tiring. Every 'fix' m...

Re: SE BMW M2 Club

My M2 is away now as well. Threw the toys out the pram and got rid sharpish after having to put up with Arnold Clark as the Main Dealer for servicing and warranty work. Didn't help when i found out the £1k warranty is basically expensive toilet paper too. Great cars but no car is good enough to make...

*sold* BMW 335d xdrive Touring Shadow Edition *sold*

Hi folks Quick heads up (proper ad to follow) that I’m going to be selling the 335d. Bought as my sensible commuter it was intended to do 100 miles a day. Thanks to Covid though, I’m going to be home based now so lucky if I’ll be doing about 100 miles a month in it. Didn’t want to sell it, it was a ...

Epiphone Les Paul Custom - Limited Edition (sold)

I bought this Epiphone in 2007 or 2008 I think... on a whim, just because I fell in love with the look of it and I'm a sucker for a limited edition. Truth is that I never bonded with it and I'm more of a strat/tele fan, so going to sell and put the cash towards a new Fender. In terms of condition, i...

PRS SE Mark Holcomb Guitar - Brand New (sold)

Hi Folks, It's this guitar.... https://www.peachguitars.com/guitars/electric-guitars/prs-se-2017-mark-holcomb-signature.htm Brand new, only taken out of the box to check and tune it. V6 Exige/Evora Calipers and Pads (Sold!)

So I bought a set of red Lotus branded calipers & pads for the Exige V6 I didn't have and the Evora I no longer own.

Not sure why I still have them but thinking I should probably sell them on if anyone is looking.

Cheers!!

David.

GARW IC7 Digital Dash - £500 (sold)

Finally coming to the realisation that I'm never going to fit the dash I bought for my S1.

This one... https://garw.co/products/garw-ic7?variant=31500847301

It's still sitting in the box from new.

Happy to let it go for £500.

Cheers!

Dave.

Re: Best hot hatch for £10k

If I'd gone down the V6 Exige route, plan was to get a £10k hot hatch too. Unfortunately Leven kept trying to sell me an Exige for many thousands more than other dealers were selling them and ended up going off the whole idea and into an M2. With regards to the hot hatch though.... much as I would h...

Re: Interested in an Evora

Realistically it'll be for around 3-5k miles per year at most.. so may as well take advantage of that and get something where MPG is not a factor like it usually is. The days of big NA V8s etc are gone it seems so also keen to have one before they get too old too. £30k seems to buy a lot of RS5 too.
