Re: Hello! 135R owner

Welcome Alex. Great to see you join up, hopefully meet up sometime. You’ll get lots of replies since it’s one of the best known cars and a big part of Scottish Elises history. Although I’m a later joiner to SE so not as much contact with Egor or Robin as others. Maybe you will be selling up soon whe...

Re: Is sitting at home dreaming about trackdays all you do in your Lotus then?

Finally SORN’d mine today, 2 miles this month to put cheap petrol in it.

After this all, go driving for fun, do some meet up and runs with various groups, go SE camping IF it’s not winter.

Re: Covid-19 Lockdown

As I work from home on an ad-hoc basis (1 day a week typically), just means 5 days a week working from home now, not sure that’s good or bad. I have managed to fit in a bit of car cleaning after my work day, de-tar, de-iron done and now claying it with intention of machine polishing at some point so...

Le Man vs Le Man Classic 2020

Did Silverstone Classic this year which I enjoyed, nice event and experience and didn’t really cost that much for a 3 day weekend. Early days but considering Le Man or classic one for next year. I’ve not been into sport cars for years so it’s more about the experience than teams/drivers/cars. Happy ...

Re: Erm confused and possible danger ahead.

Its either a big elaborate trap/test which I'm gonna fail or Miniblonde is genuinely at 100% keeper. Stay tuned... It’s well known.... Do you have £15k to spend on a car or £15k to spend ? If you spend £15k on a caterham, then you need to have £30k available. To cover the scenario its ok you got a ...
