Best tip I have is to stop making meetings 30 or 60 mins. Reduce them to 25 or 55 minutes - focuses everyone’s mind as there’s a clearer ‘end-point’ rather than the generic.

In case Craigy doesn't pop by to respond - I spoke to him in the pitlane and he was telling me it's running a 380bhp Calibra (C20LET ?) engine and, I think, VXR management.

the silver Evo wth the black bonnet should have been black flagged. I saw him come of 3 times in front of me then not go into pits and then trundle round corners only to out accelerate me down the straights. I gave up so eased off to give a gap.
