Re: Induction kit
Thanks for the info guys. Would worry of getting to much of a whine from the supercharger when switching to an induction kit. Some of the whine is now drowned out by the sound of the 2Bular, which I don't mind. I might try calling bell and colville to find out some more info on the TRD...I'll post s...

Induction kit
I fitted my new 2bular exhaust over the xmas period and the car now sounds like it should. I'm now looking for an induction kit that will give me a better noise through acceleration. Been looking at K&N apollo, pipercross and itg. The itg gets mixed reviews on the forums i've been on, most people sa...

Insurance for Exige S - recommendations
Anyone got any insurance recommendations for the Lotus? Had my renewal from elephant but interested to see if there's anything better out there. I'm 26, which seems to cause a few problems when getting premiums from some places. Also have 3 points and only 3yrsNCD.

Re: Grand Turismo 5.... delayed again
not sure if it's been covered on here, but i was disappointed not see an exige on the list of cars for the game. Especially when there's 40 or so versions of the Nissan knobhead Skyline! Dont think i'll bother

Re: Tuition at KH - before or during trackday?
I was told as soon as I arrived that someone (in a Lotus!) had already been off the track in the morning by Graham my instructor, was it him you were with? I can't remember if it was Graham or not. Great day though. Definitely planning to do carlimits at some point early next year. Would be good to...

Re: Tuition at KH - before or during trackday?
Found that too with the car, the only other time I've been on the track was a tuition day at knockhill with my old Z4M and it was a completely different experience... Driver training day - Is that a more comprehensive thing to the one we were on? Do they do that at knockhill? I was thinking of takin...

Re: Tuition at KH - before or during trackday?
Some guy who was behind me in a civic type r had an onboard cam. He'd left before I got a chance to get him to send it on to me. Just going to keep an eye on YouTube every now and then. Was hoping they had some footage at the track but no luck. Got some pitlane straight flyby vids but they're not ve...

Re: Tuition at KH - before or during trackday?
I did this yesterday too. Found it very worthwhile. First time on the track so thought i'd get some tuition first. Funny, the guy I had said he was expecting another couple of Lotus later in the day, I was on at 12pm. I spun it off on the third, or so, lap. pic below, looks like i've taken it rallyi...

As said above...the guy at dvla said as long as the grantee has signed and the name on V5 matches the nominee...no probs.
