Re: Ownership Experience - Audi TT/Mini Cooper S
I had an r53 cooper S chilli pack a number of years ago and I'd put it as the best handling/fun car I've had other than the exige. It was a total banzai little car so adjustable with a lovely balance. Mine had a limited slip diff too which was an expensive option new and rarely taken so hard to find...

Re: Soapbox tech
Copy Guy Martin, he went for the world record soap box hingy. Nudged 100 I think.. The more weight to frontal area the higher your terminal velocity so heavy and slippery. Guy filled his with full water bottles. however hussling the weight round the corners will be a problem. From memory this was gu...

Re: Elise hire
Seriously though, I was humming and hawing over either an E92 M3, M4 or an RS4. Accidentally went to Murrays whilst taking time out to decide whether or not to sign on the dotted line for the RS4, Brandon took me out in an exige for 15min, never went back to Audi or BMW. Had my S2 Exige 2 weeks late...

Re: Walshy Day...

Much credit to the boy'...

Re: Komotec Sequential Gearbox
id love a sequential dog box with straight cut gears... just makes a car sound like it shouldn't be allowed on the road. savage. do they not need quite regular rebuilds to keep the dog rings in good shape, i.e. horrifically expensive to maintain?

My plate scrapes and is smashed now.robin wrote:I think you should use 205/45 in place of 195/50 - it's only 5mm difference in front ride height. Just make sure your number plate is the lowest point at the front
