I reckon if you've got a straight car, get the engine sorted and enjoy it.

The lights must be so much better. Did you make your own mounts?

Dark Blue S1 and Light Blue V6 on Edinburgh commute

Brightened my morning on two separate occasions last week.

One day a Nautilus (I think) S1 outbound on Queensferry road. Always funny to see how small they look I'm rush hour traffic.

Another day a light blue V6 (latest incarnation) again west bound.

Was jealous sat in my euro box.

Re: S1 rear window fitting

The one from EP is a half moon seal like you expected, and it sticks to the cabin side of the casing. I can take pictures if it would help.

Might be that your seal is for the window and casing to sit on? Again, comparing to an existing one might be best.

It is worth considering the update to the EP links. There are other options like Spitfire too.

Re: Jackie Stewart Classic

I thought the central display of classic cars was good. Loved seeing a Tyrell in the flesh. But the rest of it was badly laid out and managed. With a bit of imagination there was enough exhibitors to create a good show. It was just a bit hap hazard. The in-managed entry queues were completely avoida...
