Transport museum amd Kelvingrove museum worth a look - close together & both free, depending on your level of interest could fill anything from an hour or so up to full day.

..really don't think the increase in tax will have make much of a difference to values, as NOOPS 160 says those that can afford to run around in such vehicles aren't going to worry. 56 plate magnetic blue Europa heading from Burnside to East Kilbride on A725 at 1630 ish today. First time I have seen one on the road and looked - has much more 'presence' than I expected after seeing showroom examples.

unmarked cars are not permitted to stop vehicles and will invariably radio for a marked car to do stop while they keep in touch/follow/chase the target. If you stop they can then approach and identify themselves (warrant card).
