In 10 days of lotus spotting... nowt, zilch, zero, nuffink, diddly squat. Infact, the most sporty cars on view were the Skoda Octavia taxis!!

If its any consolation.... once you get to near 40 it goes down lots. £289 for an 05 111R with Stage 2 exhaust and viper induction system Thats with A-Plan and was about £240 less than the renewal quote.

£110ish from Premier Engraving. http://www.premierengraving.co.uk That was for the stripes and also for the LOTUS script on the spoiler. For that they had to scan the 'LOTUS' from the small sticker on the rear clam and then enlarged it on pc and rotated it to fit accurately on the spoiler. They also...

There is also Premier Engraving near you in Glenrothes. They did my exige stripes and can make up pretty much anything you want. They scanned in a small 'Lotus' sticker from the back of my car then enlarged it, curved it and applied it to the rear spoiler.

Being a bit of an anal retentive when it comes to insurance I would suggest trying A-Plan. They have quoted me £289 fully comp for the 05 111R. Jolly decent I would say.
