In the past I have used Merlin Electro Plating Ltd in Newhouse, beside Eurocentral. They have charged £100 which I have taken to be the minimum order. I have a spare set here waiting to be plated and Clarkey also has a set to be done. Happy to discuss a bulk job if others also need. I know Dom needs...

I have done it a couple of times and have the coating done at a place in Newhouse. I blasted them myself.

They don't tend to like doing repairs on the edge. You could try the goo stuff

I believe they are differently valved and have heavier springs for the steel engine.

You can replace the guts. Its the aluminium that you can't get.

Is the tail pipe loose?

Have a check of your toe links while you are there

The suspension looks pretty good but a wee stitch in time is a good idea

You can fit roof bars to a hard top if you have one. I believe

I love the way that most things Elise come back to "lotus actually got it right first time."

I have only used them for tents but Forth Marine Textiles could possibly do it.
