Oh, and I'm unlikely to be there duelling. Car will probably be up on ramps that weekend, having the final touches to it's spring freshen up.

Don't worry about the neds - they tend not to be an issue. Just don't leave the car unlocked in the paddock!

See your point, but look at the split in SELOC/BBS stuff. Yes there's a SELOC mafia which seems to have the lions share of postings, but the BBS is a troll-fest come the school holidays!

Don't talk to me about that fecking track... On Mac's organised day, I managed to spear the wall on cold tyres at the fast bottom bend (fnarrr) and had a large Mexican pile in from the rear....

Broke me fecking ribs!!!

(good enough simon?) :P

Actually, just checked. Database is backup-able. Will D/L tonight and store in the midst of my special interest collection, for safety.

Thank you sir. Technical input well appreciated. I'll check on what you've mentioned tonight. I was already thinking of a cheapie domain name, to aid memory, but we'll see if it takes root first. If it's a goer, we'll deffo go to Plusnet - can't imagine a better option wrt service and the 'man-on-th...

Hello Mr Fraser, kinda galling that you went to the hassle to please all of the people all of the time, and a forum got set up anyway!!!

Like I said on SE Yahoo - this might stop the grumbling about drivel, with any luck.

I went for harnesses as one of the first mods. Can't say how much it improves your feel of the car, if they are done up properly.

But, if you're predominently road-based, it looks like these are a good halfway house.

I just use a paint scraper when the flies get too bad... Och, I'd love to be able to keep it shiny (the car, simon) but what little spare time I have is taken up repairing the bits I break and then ragging the arse off it some more. I always, at least once a year, get it spotless and promise myself ...
