Re: Any Drone Experts ?.
Yes the pest control guy did say shooting them was the best solution, or get a dog as a deterrent. I guess I'll just try some of the off the shelf products to see if any of them are effective. Fox urine pellets seem to work for some folk, although they look a bit hard to swallow

Re: Any Drone Experts ?.
Thanks for that. Like I said I know absolutely nothing about them so this would be a good enough reason not to try it.

Re: Any Drone Experts ?.
Good point. Perhaps a ground based device is a safer bet.

Any Drone Experts ?.
I have a continual problem with rabbits destroying my lawn and gravel drive. I've looked at various ultrasonic deterrents but these seem to have variable results. Then I started thinking about a drone (that I know nothing about). Would it be feasible to have a drone parked on a docking station that ...

Re: Pressure Gauge Repairs
I don't really want to fit a modern gauge if possible hence the preference for fixing the existing one.

Re: Pressure Gauge Repairs
It's a hydrolastic pump I've restored. Gauge reads up to 400psi however the suspension pressures are usually around 350psi but normally set to a height as opposed to pressure. Maybe +/- 10psi is more realistic, but as I say normally it is set to the height not pressure. https://live.staticflickr.com...

Re: Pressure Gauge Repairs
PS. Doesn't really need to be in the Aberdeen area, anywhere I can post it to is fine as well.

Pressure Gauge Repairs
Does anyone know of someone in the Aberdeen area who could look at and repair a small pressure gauge ?. The gauge works but the needle doesn't return to zero. Not looking for pin point accuracy I just need it to work and be within +/- 50psi if possible. Don't want to approach the big companies up he...

Re: Cycling
I've been using Trainerroad for 7 years now, all year round not just winter. I follow the structured plans and this gives sufficient motivation as I know exactly what workout I'm doing as soon as I get on the bike. I've never really seen the attraction of Zwift but it's horses for courses. I have a ...

Re: My Ombudsman case
Main dealers in my experience are only interested in the quick turnaround profit when it comes to servicing. My dad had his own one man garage business for 30 odd years and we had so many customers coming to us with three year old cars, full dealer service history, and the wheels were seized on the...

Re: Classic mini -NLC
I've owned this for some 28 years now but stopped using it 23 years ago. Every year I contemplate moving it on then back off at the last minute. It has never had any bodywork, it's all original and no corrosion as I saturated it in waxoyl when I got it. I rebuilt the engine a couple of years before ...
Re: S1 Tyres
There's nothing quite like a fresh set of tyres. Shame to put them on the road!
