Re: Leven car company Administration

Yeh, I disagree. Two people at my work bought Tesla’s because they got an interest free loan and they were cheaper to run. Everyone else doesn’t give a crap about electric and just wants a flashy car to show off to their mates and neighbours with. I think Brexit will do more to fcuk up air travel th...

Re: issue logging on with Iphone

If you know how to forget all cookies for a site, that works - if you don't know how to do that (or if iOS Safari doesn't have that facility) then you'll need to forget your browser history (note: you'll then have to log in to all sites again). I use Chrome on my iphone and it works fine, is the issue caused by Tapatalk perhaps?

I’ve never used tapatalk. Works ok on chrome, but when I try to login with safari it just says “the submitted form was invalid, please try again”

Re: 100k

congrats. i reckon i must have done about 60K in my S1 in 4.5 years, bought it just shy of 40K and sold just shy of 100K. I have absolutely no idea what i did in the S2 135R in the next 3 years after that tbh, tried to block the S2 memories from my mind

Re: 205 45 17 non XL tyres

If you put a load rating of 84 (which a quick google suggests is the right load rating, but please check for yourself) then you get lots of non XL tyres here: https://www.oponeo.co.uk/tyre-finder/s=1/summer/t=1/car/r=1/205-45-r17/in=1/84#&&/wEXDwUOcGNrX1RyTFNTc25JZHMFATEFFXBja19Mc3RTU29ydFBhcmFtZXRl...

Re: Exige V6 Upgrades

That extra 1” of travel they’ve removed is droop travel. Back in the day, the standard nitrons had very little droop travel. Basically, if you jacked the car up, the wheel would come off the ground quite quickly. The Randy/Hoffman’s nitrons had much more droop travel (and helper springs to force the...
